What this module does

Billing and account management live here until the self-serve checkout flow is ready. You can see the current plan, request a change, and review what the team has already decided. The page is intentionally simple because the real goal is to keep the workspace clear and avoid surprise changes.

What you need to set up first

  • Know which plan you want before you submit a change request.
  • Make sure you are the account owner if you need to manage billing decisions.
  • Count the teammates you want to keep on the workspace so the seat limit stays realistic.
  • Use Settings to check the current account details before you ask for a change.

How it works

  1. 1 A billing request is created when you choose a different plan and submit the change form.
  2. 2 The request waits in a pending state until someone on the Advirsy side approves or rejects it.
  3. 3 The workspace keeps the current plan active while the request is pending so nothing breaks mid-review.
  4. 4 Seat limits are enforced against the current plan so you can see when a workspace has outgrown it.
  5. 5 The request history stays on the page so you can tell what happened without sending a separate email.

What you'll see in the UI

  • The current plan card shows what you are on right now.
  • The request form is where you ask for a plan change.
  • The pending request banner appears when a change is still under review.
  • The history list shows previous requests and any admin notes.
  • Seat limit text explains how many teammates the plan allows.

How to act on the output

  • Submit a plan change request when the current plan no longer fits your workspace.
  • Use the admin note on a request to understand the decision or follow-up.
  • Keep teammate invites inside the seat limit while the billing request is pending.
  • Contact support from the help center if the plan needs manual attention.

Limits and known gaps

  • Self-serve card checkout is not live yet, so billing is still handled manually.
  • Approvals can take time because a human reviews the request.
  • The available plans may change while the pricing flow is still being polished.
  • Invoices and payment details are handled outside this page for now.
