What data we collect
We collect account details such as email address, name, and company name. We also process marketing data that clients upload or connect to the Hub while using the service.
This can include content briefs, website data, campaign notes, and related business information needed to operate the product.
How we use it
We use personal and business data to operate the service, authenticate users, provide support, send important notices, and handle billing or account administration.
We may also use aggregated operational data to improve reliability and product quality.
Who we share it with
We rely on a small set of subprocessors to run the Hub:
- Anthropic for AI processing.
- Hetzner for hosting and infrastructure.
- Google for SMTP email delivery.
We only share the data needed for each provider to perform its role.
Data retention
We keep account data while the account is active. After account closure, we delete it within 30 days unless we need to retain a record for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
User rights
You can ask for access to your data, request an export, or ask us to delete it. Signed-in clients can use Settings > Privacy to download an export or start account deletion.
Deletion requests enter a 30-day grace period before purge so accidental clicks can be reversed.
If we need extra verification before fulfilling a request, we will explain why.
Cookies
We use a single httpOnly cookie, advirsy_hub_session, for authentication. We do not use other cookies in the Hub at this time.
