Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Advirsy Hub, you agree to these terms and any written order form or service agreement that applies to your account.
If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
Use of the service
You may use the Hub for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it in a way that harms other users or third parties.
We may suspend access if we believe the service is being misused or if we need to protect the platform or other customers.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Please tell us quickly if you think your account has been compromised.
We may require stronger authentication or additional verification if we see unusual activity or a security risk.
Subscription and billing
Some features may be offered on a paid basis later. Until our self-serve plans launch, billing terms are agreed individually until our self-serve plans launch.
Any trial, invoice, or custom agreement will describe the applicable scope, fees, and payment timing for that customer.
Data ownership
Clients own their data. We process it on their behalf to provide the service, generate outputs, and support the workflows they configure.
We do not claim ownership over your customer lists, brand assets, marketing data, or other content you upload into the Hub.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Advirsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount paid for the service during the period giving rise to the claim, if any.
Termination
Either party may end use of the service by closing the account or giving written notice under the applicable agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security concerns, or a material breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the product changes. If we make a material change, we will try to provide notice through the Hub or by email.
Continued use of the service after an update means the revised terms apply.
